Lunar Calendars

I create artwork that explores the relationship between the natural world and the quiet rhythms of human life. My hand-drawn lunar calendars began as a way to mark time by something other than deadlines: something cyclical, luminous, and alive. Each year’s design reflects the patterns of the landscape around me and the turning of the seasons.

2026- Heron Pond

Picture

This hand-drawn lunar calendar offers an at-a-glance view of the moon’s phases for each day of the year.
  • Artist’s original illustration
  • 9.5" x 14" black and white print on ivory card stock
  • Wrapped in butcher paper with gold foil seal and natural twine
  • Perfect for framing or for everyday reference in your kitchen, studio, or sacred space
The 2026 Heron Pond features a moonlit heron surrounded by cattails and water lilies—an homage to the intelligence and stillness of wetland ecosystems. Created in the spirit of Art Nouveau prints, this design bridges art, nature, and timekeeping.
Each year’s calendar is unique, marking both the lunar cycle and the passage of time in the artist’s evolving body of work.
